Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We provide comprehensive supervision for technicians and those aiming for certification, along with expert guidance on assessments, treatment programming, and data analysis.

At Hi-5 ABA, you’ll join close-knit teams that include BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Together, you’ll deliver in-home ABA therapy directly to children and families within your community. This role offers flexible scheduling, full or part-time hours, and involves substantial interaction with clients, their families, other Technicians, and your BCBA peers.

The core mission for our BCBAs is to provide meticulous, compassionate ABA services to clients with autism or related special needs, helping them achieve their behavior treatment goals. This position demands integrity, organizational skills, a robust understanding of ABA principles, and a professional demeanor.

Requirements include a BCBA certification and a state license if applicable. Additionally, Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS certification is mandatory for direct client contact. We ensure the safety of our clients by requiring multiple background checks and a TB screening for all candidates. Additional qualifications may be necessary to meet specific insurance requirements.
